The 66-year-old designer and socialite marked her 46th wedding anniversary with husband Rick Hilton, 70, by sharing a glamorous Instagram photo that left fans stunned. She styled her signature blonde hair in soft, voluminous curls and finished the look with classic black pumps.
Standing beside her was Rick, looking sharp in a crisp white suit, smiling proudly next to his longtime love.
