Simone Biles Opens Up About Her 3 Plastic Surgeries — and the One Cosmetic Treatment She’ll Never Do Again
Simone Biles is embracing full transparency when it comes to her cosmetic procedures. After dropping hints on TikTok in October 2025, the Olympic champion opened up in depth about her three surgeries and one aesthetic treatment she now regrets. In a November 2025 interview with PEOPLE, the gymnast explained why she feels a responsibility to be honest with her fans — especially young women.
“It’s just who I am,” Biles shared. “I’ve always tried to be open, honest, and relatable. Seeing me win Olympic medals isn’t relatable — but the way we feel about ourselves, what we go through, and how we talk about it openly is.”
Biles emphasized that there’s “no shame” in choosing plastic surgery, adding that young girls should feel empowered to make decisions about their own bodies.

Biles said she felt compelled to be transparent because of the unrealistic standards often seen on social media.
“With social media, you look at people and wonder how they look so perfect. It’s not real,” she said. “That’s why I try to be as transparent as possible.”
Her Lower Blepharoplasty Was Done to Treat Hereditary Under-Eye Bags
For years, Biles felt self-conscious about the bags under her eyes — a feature she says often attracted comments during photoshoots.
“Photographers would always say, ‘Let’s put some eye masks on her,’” she recalled. “I’d slept 12 hours — these were hereditary.”
To address the so-called “Biles eye bags,” she underwent a lower blepharoplasty, which reduces puffiness and excess skin beneath the eyes.
Biles’ Earlobe Surgery Fixed a Childhood Injury
Biles also underwent earlobe reconstruction due to a childhood accident in which an earring was ripped out. She said correcting the long-standing injury brought her a sense of relief.
She’s Been Open About Her Breast Augmentation
In November 2025, Biles confirmed she had a breast augmentation, stressing that it wasn’t due to insecurity — just a personal choice.
“It wasn’t that I didn’t like how I looked,” she explained. “It’s about feeling good in my own body.”
In a TikTok video, she revealed she received 310cc high-profile, extra-filled silicone implants placed under the muscle by Houston plastic surgeon Dr. Kriti Mohan in June 2025.
Recovery, she admitted, was rough:
“Jonathan had to physically lift me out of bed and take me to the restroom the first day,” she said. “But my incisions now look really good.”
Biles Tried Botox on Her 27th Birthday — But Hated the Results
Biles’ first and only experience with Botox came in March 2024, and she described the outcome as “not for me.”
“I did baby Botox in my T-zone, and I did not like it,” she told fans. One eyebrow would “randomly lift” during gym practice, and she couldn’t get it to settle for nearly 20 seconds.
Her verdict: “Not doing that again.”
Biles later encouraged women to avoid feeling pressured by trends.
